Implemented Horizon precision drive modeling?

Anyone knows if this would be possible? I remember reading somewhere that Misha would be glad to see it happen and having owned one before buying my ax8 I must say, would me awesome to have it added to axe FX III and Fm3

You should be able to replicate it using a drive (I'd guess 808) and the gate. The attack and bright controls are likely low cut/high boost which you can get happening in the drive block.

I’d be +1 on the Apex Preamp... although I’m sure there is plenty that can already get us there already might be nice to just have it.

I'm borrowing an Apex and a Nano Attack, the latter of which is the attack, bright and level from the precision drive. I'm doing some analysis on it at the moment and it looks like a shifting basic band pass filter.

Grinder boost sounds very similar to mode 3 on the nano and the other settings can be had with a filter block in front of the amp. Will investigate further.

The Apex is cool but nothing the Axe can't already do.
