Can I use 2 amps with 2 others X/Y slots?

I know the AxIII can use 2 amps in the preset, can I have an X/Y amp within both of those amp blocks?
Still using the Ax8 so I considering new options

No, but you can have A/B/C/D Amps within both amp blocks.
