Wish Value knob press = ENTER

I keep pressing the value knob to enter menus and it takes me to the layout screen.

Please create an option for the Value knob press to act as a select (enter).

I did find how I can disable the current behavior, but I'd really like it to be selectable as an enter alternative.

Please! I'd like the option the select that it goes to the layout when you're at the home screen, and enter when editing.
