can i drop a whole folder of tone matched presets or is it better to go one by one? also, do i drop the folder/preset on the axe III icon, the hard driver icon or the magnifying glass to convert them to a cab? I've never converter anything like this before. thanks in advance for all your work and contributions you've provided and definitely donating again.

You have to open the preset, right-click the tonematch block then select "Export ToneMatch"

As said upper you have to manually export tma..
But it could be a good idea to export multiple tma blocks from presets
