Do you mean the BMT controls in the basic section? I can't imagine why you'd want to do that, on many amplifiers that would really mess with the sound and not in a good way - so many of them have interaction with the drive feel and settings (Plexi's etc)

Actually mesaboogie's amplifier has GEQ on / off switch.
