A friend in a foreign country has a rare hang glider stored here in the Los Angeles area. Piece of art - ashamed to have it destroyed but no where to store. The thing has amazing flight characteristics - and is modified so it now has engine and prop. But it needs to be removed from the garage its in. Will sell for a fraction of its value.

The glider with spec sheet is listed on "barnstormers.com" if you do a search for "Icarus" or "Icarus V"

Its being sold As-Is, $2400 or Best Offer
The engine is a tuned McCulloch mac 101 - with gear reduction.

This is a look at the make (not including engine):

please refer anyone who may be interested to email: zenwarlord@gmx.com

I also have an Arp 2600 with keyboard to sell - unfortunately. I wish I could keep them.

yes, serious - but the technician i have scheduled to look at it can't get to it until at least mid Jan. The few techies with experience are scattered around - I wanted it done locally here in L.A.

Looks like the real thing. Very cool! I considered buying one in the ‘70s and never pulled the trigger. I’ve been regretting it ever since. Had an Oddesy for a while in the 80’s but foolishly sold it. Still have an ARP Pro-DGX.

To be honest I spend most of my time with music software while all the while regretting there isn't something more tangible or physically interactive. I even bought one of those things with two cameras that let you control the MIDI cc's - not the same.

But I need to sell this - got a music software invention to finish.
