Need help with preset-Lost volume on {out 3}

I had 20-30 presets dialed in the way I wanted them .which was as follows ::::

using FW 2.02
Version 1.00.07

IN axe edit III---

A. Out 1 - was for "head phones and I.E.M.`s" - OUT 1 mixer at -8.db level

about 8.db less that my CLR`s monitors level.

B. Out 3 - for my "CLR`s " -OUT 3 mixer at 0.db

Levels are approx.
Everything was good ,I saves each one when I would get thru dialing in .
I turned the < III >on today and I am unable to get anything out of <<<OUT 3 >>>

Now both the IEM `s and CLR`s are coming thru OUT 1 only

And when I have OUT open the 3 the left and right meters are active
any ideals ?what i am doing wrong ???

can you post a screen shot of the layout of one of these presets? i won't be near the axe3 for a while.

I can confirm that I am getting a signal coming out of 'Out 3' using your preset.

First thing I'd try is a 'Refresh after new FW' in Axe Edit. Other than that swap some cables to check outputs.

Sorry it took so long to get pic , water leak coming thru the ceiling in kitchen 4 hours after the plumber left .

Sure the physical output knob was turned up?

How about the cables to your mixer; or are the mixer gain knobs opened?
