Does anyone know how to use or where to put the looper in line with out it cutting out when you play on top of it. i've messed with balance and other setting but when i play it cuts out. i will check the forum for more advice as well. thanks. ( yes I am new at this)

Be sure "sync" is turned off. I had a whole thread about this - how it didn't seem to start back right away without a noticeable gap. As soon as I turned sync off, it was good.

My looper doesn’t “cut out” so I don’t know what you mean.

yes right after input
if you do that, then when you change sounds, the sound will change since the loop is before everything.

if you want to keep the same loop sound, then change your guitar sound without affecting the loop, the loop has to be AFTER everything. think about the signal path.
