Just sent this to the Support page - thought I would share it here as well.
When I boot the unit up everything loads up but the Value knob does not scroll through the presets when turned - if you select layout and select a parameter the value know works correctly and you can scroll both up and down through the values.
This happens intermittently.
When it boots up and works properly the value knob scrolls up and down the presets as normal for about 5 mins and then irrespective of which way you turn the value know the scroll back to 000 and then the value know does not function any more when scrolling through the presets, but does work on the individual parameters.
Any thoughts?
