So I'm compiling invoices of my yearly gear related purchases this evening. I go to the InTune Guitar Picks site where I had custom picks made and see a name on the opening banner... Richie Faulkner of Judas Priest. At first I'm like, meh?... but I used to like Priest back in the early Sad Wings of Destiny days so I thought I'd check him out. WOW. The guy totally rips it up!!! Very reminiscent of Schenker from Lights Out.

Richie is a real good player. It interesting seeing what happens with JP going forward with Tipton getting his parkinsons diagnosis and Andy Sneap stepping in for the touring guitarist spot.

Back to MS, In Michael Ammott's side project Spiritual Beggars he really shows his Schenker influence on his sleeve.
