Guide to translating the Amp and Cab models?

Hi there,

Bit of a noob question here, but I am wondering if there is some sort of directory or guide that details the amp and cab names to the actual amp & cab models they are emulating? Marshall, Supro, Vox, Orange, Fender, MESA etc.

Also, how to tell if a cab is open back or closed.

Some are obvious while others seem cryptic to me.
