Bass preset for metal?

I have used the Axe FX for years and I am very satisfied with it. However, I have never used it for metal before. I am going to record some bass for a metal band and I wonder whether anybody could give me some tips on settings for good amp presets? Amps, drive pedals and other settings.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I struggled getting a good bass tone for a while and the this pack made a great starting point!

I've struggled with bass tone forever mainly due to my inexperience with bass frequencies and bad room/speaker conditions but the other day I opened Axe change inside of Axe edit and searched for bass. The best sounding one was actually an amp without a cabinet to my surprise.

@SeeD has a great preset and IR from q2 that was a big part of helping me figure out how to use the axe for bass, a quick search should bring it up

Honestly, I can drop it in in its current state and be 100% great. It's just one of those presets that works right away, a testament to your ear
