Possible to convert a certain scene to a standalone preset?

Hi guys

I think I know the answer but: Is it possible to convert a certain scene to a standalone preset?
Lets say scene 4 in a given preset need to be converted or exported as a standalone preset ?

I would save me from a lot of work.

If not any other suggestion on how to do this and have an excact copy of a scene in another preset. Copy scenes not an option either?
