    I have used the Beyer (990 I believe?) and find the Neumann better for AxeFx use. Definitely endorse semi- or fully-open back cans. I am sure the Ollo's are very good as well.

    I have custom UE-7 Pros IEMs and the Neumann NDH-30 headphones, and find the Neumanns better translate to FOH, and sound great for silent practicing. There is always risk in dialing in presets via headphones. No experience with the Ollo, but hear good things. YMMV.

    I appreciate the insight, and that has largely been my approach as well. For additional context, are you using a very narrow Q/band, and how many dB’s are you pulling back once you find an offensive frequency? Or does it just depend?

    First - I have transitioned to York Audio IRs exclusively - they are fantastic. Second - can you expand on your live cab tone sculpting? I know it is a bit off topic, but it is something I have struggled with in small venues as I also like to have a cab on stage.

    This is the answer if money and weight is no object. The only thing bigger and better would be a Fryette/VHT Classic that will easily power four 4x12s. I have owned both of these and they are incredible.

    If I have a properly loaded amp with a separate speaker output (not a line out), can I run that into the AxeFx to use with a CAB block to then send to FOH?

    This is exactly what I have been trying to accomplish (with limited success). Is your OUT4 going straight into a cab powered by your tube amp?
