Sending MIDI Tempo to Axe-Fx II

I can't speak to the MFC-101 (as I don't have one) but sending MIDI CLOCK will work if you connect your DD-500's MIDI OUT port directly to the Axe-Fx II's MIDI IN port. In the "TEMPO" menu you want to choose "USE GLOBAL" to make sure the slave device follows the master device. Anyway, you can...

Anybody using their Axe-FX II on Apple silicon?

It works fine. I have my Axe-Fx II XL+ (not a mk. 1 but surely the same result) plugged into a USB A port on a USB 3 (C) hub...no problems. I also tested it with an Apple A-to-C dongle and no problems there either. [M1 MacBook Air]

    Axe-edit doesn't see axe/fx ll

Perhaps an obvious thing: you mentioned trying different cables but have you tried a different USB port on your computer? Also, are you able to connect to any other USB device to verify that you don't have an internal USB problem on the computer? I can only see your computer's internal audio...

    Axe-edit doesn't see axe/fx ll

Use spotlight search (probably default: command + space bar): "Audio MIDI Setup" You'll need to confirm your Axe-Fx II is registering as a MIDI device before you can go any further.

Need Help making FAMC Editor work in Mac OSX Big Sur

My LF+JR+ worked over USB with the LF editor on Big Sur 11.5.2 but I had to allow the "Jeff Minushkin" driver in macOS security settings the first time I installed it...keep in mind this was on an Intel device. ***Related: The driver doesn't work on newer Apple M1 devices. You can install the...

Liquid Foot drivers Windows 10 won't install

Yes, I agree. I have come to know that ARM drivers are required for devices like the LF+ to run in the environment I'm using -- macOS/M1/WIN11 in Parallels 17. This is effectively the end of using Parallels for me as it is no longer backward compatible with earlier OSes due to ARM architecture...

Liquid Foot drivers Windows 10 won't install

If it's Googleable I've read it and tried it. Your resources were invaluable in getting set up from the start. I joined the Windows 11 insider group on Facebook and the Parallels forum. Nobody seems to have any idea about audio or driver-related issues. I think it may be a write-off at this point.

Liquid Foot drivers Windows 10 won't install

It’s running on an M1 MacBook. I could not get the USB driver or editor to work on the M1 under Big Sur…installing on Big Sur with an Intel chip is fine though. Hence me trying to run the LF editor through a VM.

Liquid Foot drivers Windows 10 won't install

TPM is now active...it previously wasn't. The first issue here the downloaded .exe didn't have an "unblock" box in properties so I redownloaded and then it did have one. Unblocked it and proceeded as you suggested. But still having the same problem where under Device Manager I select "C:\Program...

Liquid Foot drivers Windows 10 won't install

Sure, but I've disabled driver signature via cmd prompt, gone into test mode and nothing is any different. And it will not accept being pointed to the driver folder. I guess those drivers don't work on WIN 11.

Liquid Foot drivers Windows 10 won't install

Thanks, tried all that. Unfortunately no cigar. Install still fails. The device isn't showing up correctly anyway...see below. It should appear under USB Controllers as it did previously but it doesn't and it won't even accept a driver manually.

Liquid Foot drivers Windows 10 won't install

A year ago I remember doing this and it working perfectly. Alas, it will not work on Windows 11 ARM Insider Preview. Can anybody confirm it still works on regular Windows 10 (Intel)? EDIT: Yes, it does... Anybody got any ideas on how to circumvent this issue (other than having a dedicated 2nd...
