I'm using a Friedman Tour Pro 1525 at the moment, fits the AX8 and a few other bits & bobs nicely: There's enough space underneath for power supplies and a Shure PSM200 IEM transmitter. Although I use the smaller Dunlop pedal, you do get a plate to mount a full-size pedal should you wish...

Thinking of going back to PRESETS as my Foot Switch designations

I'm currently using preset switching for a few banks - I leave the top two function switches as standard, but the bottom switch is set as a Scene 1/2 toggle. Adds a lot of flexibility.

Feedback Simulator

I'm noodling around with an AX8 patch for this. Will try to get something uploaded over the Christmas holidays. I've not used one, but I really like the Digitech Freqout's method of using a momentary switch, so I've been using one of the Control Switches on the AX8 with the modifer's damping...

How do you set up your footswitches?

I only recently got my AX8 so I'm still mucking around with how best to arrange things, but this is how I currently have it. I use pretty simple presets, based off Austin Buddy's excellent Naked Amps pack. Each bank has four presets. For each preset the footswitches are arranged like this...

LFJr Step-Thru Program Change?

Hi GreenTea, Thanks for the link - Voes' site is a great resource, no doubt about that! The only info on Step-Thru I can find there is for programming an IA Switch with CC commands. I've tried programming IA 63 with the PC command to go to my clean preset, and linking that to the 2-second Menu...

I had enough!!!!!!!

I was having problems with my Midisport UNO and my Mac - tried a couple of times and got the 'bad checksum' error. I read that using a slower transmit speed sometimes sorts the problem out - tried half the speed I'd been using. Worked like a charm :)
