Colin has over 15 years of experience performing, recording and teaching music. He studied at the world famous Musicians Institute in Hollywood, CA where he majored in Guitar Performance and Recording Engineering. After graduating Colin worked as a teacher at Musicians Institute and a session guitar player working with a vast array of artists in the recording industry. In November 2012 Colin was chosen as winner in the Guitar Center "Master Satriani Contest". In this national competition Colin competed against thousands of other guitarists and in the end was hand picked by legendary guitar virtuoso Joe Satriani himself. Currently you can hear you can hear Colin's prominent guitar work in the progressive funk rock band Jive Machine.
