BTW - MANY of the FACTORY presets are over 80% CPU which seems to cause me (and others here) a lot of issues. Why design and include factory presets over the recommended CPU percentage? Makes no sense. Yea I can modify them, but it's a hassle.

Just got my FM3- has anyone else noticed this?

Yes this happened to me and I had the same question, and it WAS in fact because I was using FM3 edit at the same time. When I shut that down the hiccup went away, although changing presets still had a noticeable drop out that was longer than my AX8. No problems with scene or channel switching...

Well we certainly won't if no one asks for it. It's just software on the unit. Seems like it could be easily programmed and would be extremely useful, and is the MODERN thing to do. I love Fractal products in terms of sound, but man the hardware screens are always like 5 years behind everyone else..

Yes, this main screen needs a COMPLETE redesign. Lots and lots of wasteful space that could be put to good use as status indicators. In fact, I'm pretty disappointed about the onboard screen OVERALL. Small fonts, very texted based, no graphics of any kind, somewhat confusingly laid out overall...

Just curious - the current Preset layout has only has one 3 switch view, showing the 3 patches in the current bank, with Bank Up and Down as the hold function for the 1st and 3rd switches. Mostly all the other layouts have the view inc / dec as the hold functions on the 1st and 3rd switches of...

I guess I'm asking why not? Wouldn't it be easier to edit via software all in one place? Why do I have to go to software and hardware to complete my edits?

Actually I answered my own 2nd question. In set-up->I/O->Pedals Page, you can set the momentary switches to act like latching switches and it works correctly in sync with what it's supposed to do. However, i still think the first question about control switches assigned to effects bypass then...
