I see your point. But its a pretty insulting for me. I me thats some really bad tone and terrible playing. I think all involved just epically lose. The point is for people to like it. I'm not insulting their musical taste. I'm more mocking bands that do this seriously and end up sounding...

New brand extended and flat response Active Neodymium pickups. Perfect for axe fx?

If the XR pickups can do what Q tuners can and even exceed their performance it seems like a no brainer for me to want to have at least a pair. And listen to and watch what Q-tuner can do :D http://www.q-tuner.com/demo/OD%20demo%20Super%20High%20Z%20Q-tuner.mp3 So I hope that helps...

New brand extended and flat response Active Neodymium pickups. Perfect for axe fx?

I'm not specifically looking for a modelling guitar/guitar pickup. I really appreciate what a Full Range Flat response could do and would plan to use it just as such or with minor equalization to create sounds I would want that lie outside of current guitar pickups. Being able to emulate other...

Oh he didn't. I intentionally gain staged things to sound really bad then went into the amp models I used on the posted presets I made and played "Abyssal Pain Brutality" and "East Block Brutality" and changed a few things to make the amps sound a little "better." I've played with people still...

OK. So some of my friends here in town in San Diego and some guys from Texas really got that type off music off to a roll probably back by 2006. I saw an unnamed band first playing stuff like that only slower and more hilarious and was like wtf. Somehow It was so bad I thought it was good and...

You made my day. It's of course indispensable and probably alot more important to find guitar tones that sound good in the sense that they please most people including you're self. So its nice to know I'm doing a good job at making something that horrible universally(until it becomes some fad...

New brand extended and flat response Active Neodymium pickups. Perfect for axe fx?

That wasn't my point. It doesn't have to sound exactly the same. Even when axe didn't sound nearly realistic as it did now it was comparable except I didn't have to have a million dollars to spend on all amps and cabs and effects. Of course this would be perfect but I don't know that I wanted...

That's the point. I'm not trying to actually make money. And this was me jacking off slowly trying to think of how to package riffs, music looks, etc that very well probably should have no place out of guitar center into something awful that gets trendy and starts showing up at guitar...

Any type of "recommended limit" on axe to audio device cable length?

Probably negligible. It's still there but I won't be super worried about 20's. More than than and it can get worse just like pedal board suck with too many pedals sucking out your guitar tone. The shortest cable possible is best but as long as you aren't crossing your 20ft cable with a bunch...

New brand extended and flat response Active Neodymium pickups. Perfect for axe fx?

I have q tuner and alumitone. Alumitone isn't anywhere near spec this pickup claims. They are effective and fairly clean but lack character. Q tuner is more dynamic and wider bandwidth response and much more clear and surgically precise.

New brand extended and flat response Active Neodymium pickups. Perfect for axe fx?

Yeah they make Neodymium pickups for individual strings so you could do that. To bad the axe doesn't have a d25 style connector in back. Could send them all in seperately and perhaps in some future upgrade chise where the signal for each string travels through your grid independantly. And yeah...

Any type of "recommended limit" on axe to audio device cable length?

20 will still is still quite a length of cable and it acts as a capacitor and will bleed of some highs. The shorter the cable the better. 20 feet wont be huge amount of signal degradation but if you wanna be really anal about it you can run a 5 foot cable to buffer pedal and then run 20 or...
