Using my FM3 for all instruments

Check Simeon´s presets here on the forum, great synth sounds. But nope, you wont get believable sax sounds out of it. Synthy glitchy sax emulations might be achievable but not great.

I understand that and wasn`t asking that. I`m asking if we should set input gain as it was done on the AxeFx2, and that was tickling the reds.

Regarding the input clip warning, Ive always set my AxeFx2 to tickle the reds, that means I was clipping the input slightly, and it was the recommendation on the forum. Should I still aim for this on the Axe3? or should I set input gain to allow for no clipping at all???
