FC-6 Main Display Blank

Earlier today I had a scare from the same thing. I turned on my setup and noted that the preset info on my FC6 main display was very faint. I managed to figure out to check the FC display parameters as well and noted that it was lowered to around 70% as well. Turning it up solved the problem...

Help setting up FM3 with Airstep/Widi Master combo

Just read the thread about the Master Out plug heating up. Will give the adapter a try when time permits. May also solve my problem of the Master Out plug fighting for space with the power plug.

I see. I got the FracPad to work with my iRig setup but decided to go back to USB/Mac since I am already using cables anyway. Was able to also connect via the Yamaha Bluetooth MIDI dongle but kept losing the connection intermittently. Thought I’d try out the CME WIDI Master instead.

Sorry to revive an old thread. Was searching on setting up my WIDI Master and this came up. Am also facing this problem of the IN cable jack hitting the IEC power plug. Just checking if it’s safe to just force the OUT DIN pin in.

Great minds and all that… I also unplugged everything except the studio monitors and did not have the preset freeze up. Edit: just realised maybe this should be discussed in the preset thread. Me stop now.

Yup. Saw that too but after going into the layout page on the FM3, was at a loss of what to do next. Finally after some trial and error I’d figured it out. Here are the steps I went through on the FM3 to bring up the scene layout in my FC6 as soon as I tap the desired preset button on the FC6...

Am also curious to try this out but the footswitch guide only seems to describe what layout links can do but not how to set it up. Appreciate any pointers on how to get what ShaqJamin is trying to achieve.
