    Honestly, I think Andy is one of those, "tone is in the fingers", kind of players. I bet he could play through a $99 Roland Cube and it would sound awesome. Also, my sense is that his delay setup is a really key part to his sound.

    You can also lower the volume threshold required to get natural feedback sustain by using a hollowbody guitar.

    I'd concentrate on trying out different cabinets. You can get some extra girth to the tone by using a null microphone and adding in some proximity.

    That was his "solution" to the problem. His problem had to do with switching to the correct scene in a different preset for the next song. You guys have told him his "solution" is not possible. So perhaps it's time to look to behind what he "wants" and try to solve his actual issue?

    I think that's a matter of perspective. As an FCB1010 user, my solution is the most general and the normal way to program the buttons. I didn't know it was difficult to do with MFC.

    That might have been true years ago. Today, most amp models are pick it, mess with BMT and play. No need to look at the advanced settings unless you want to.

    That schematic is just a tiny little piece of the whole BD-2 schematic. It's essentially a discrete op-amp that boosts the signal prior to the diode clipping stage.
