Hey all! My Fm9 has been having some issues with the rotary encoder (big knob!) skipping/being jumpy. I thought it was at first my patch since i was a little high on CPU, but it seems to be happening with blank presets. I think something must have been spilled on it at a gig, or something...

Axe-Fx III Firmware 24.03 Release

I just messed with changing the impedance curve to the LB-UK and then turning up the hi resonance (to try and match my suhr load) and I’ve never had an easier time ‘matching’ to my amp sounds that I’ve recorded. I love this box more and more every time I use it.

Loving the MkV models. The tweed/edge and crunch modes of the mark v are pretty awesome too hope they get added sometime! What would be the best way of emulating a the v25? El84 power amp but any other guidelines for simulating lower watts?

Anything better than Addictive Drums?

Superior Drummer 3.0 and it's expansion SDX's are absolutely incredible but a bit more of an investment than some other options.

the only way to capture is to be at 44.1k. At least, that's the only option they gave me. I had to use the axe as hardware in/out rather than software and then it worked. Since the axe is 48khz, thats where the problem lies

Who uses just 1 Cabinet IR?

Personally I have gotten lucky and have found that my favorite IR for recording that I use on everything, also is perfect for live. So I just stick with the same IR.. sometimes I'll depart and stick on the next for awhile etc. I like the consistency and in my mind I compare it to having an amp...
