Yeah, the humx for me resolved putting stuff in the loop of the power station, however I could never get 4cm to work will with the Power Station. Regardless of how many "ground loop defeating" trix I tried. And it did not matter what device I use. Fractal, Line 6, same weird grounding issue...

FM9: FRFR in front or behind you

I have always had it in front of me for gigs as to not mess with the FOH mix. Not sure if it really would or not, just the way I do it. For practice I have had it behind me, but now we just go all PA anyway so my FRFR is one of the band monitors and it is in front of me.

How to activate looper

I would recommend checking out the record threshold and loop quantize features. I use these live at shows for a couple songs. It does require the drummer to be listening to a click track, but it really makes creating a loop that keeps correct time easy.
