    Midi preset changes

There's used MM-10 on here for sale for $800. Mastermind's are worth the money. If you've already spent what an Axe cost and maybe even a Matrix and every other part of your rig why not go with the best for the controller? Once you have the names on each preset button and the color coding and...

    What frequencies can you hear?

It's amazing to me anyone can hear sounds in this high of a range (not doubting). I have no idea what it is like to hear things normally or anything close to what most people can hear. I'm sure if I all of sudden COULD hear these things it would be as annoying as it would be fascinating.

    What frequencies can you hear?

    Listening through headphones.....once I take it above 4000 Hz I can't hear a thing

    What frequencies can you hear?

I was incorrect in stating how my hearing evaluation graph looked. I was doing it from memory (that's about gone too). The test tones were given at 70db. It shows my hearing threshold is at about 10db from 250-1,000. Then it drops like a rock. Once it gets above 3,000 Hz it's down to the...

    What frequencies can you hear?

Imagine trying to play music and trying to hear intervals from recordings and you have the hearing loss I have. It is VERY tough.

    What frequencies can you hear?

If I could get these hearing aids to do one thing it would be to filter out all background noise and talking in a restaurant or crowded room so I could hear clearly what someone speaking directly to me is saying. In most cases it's just garbked noise where I can maybe distinquish a few words...

    What frequencies can you hear?

The way mine is graphed it means I hear an 8000Hz sound at 15db compared to the normal level of about 90db. I hear low frequencies at about 85 or 90db.

    What frequencies can you hear?

Yes....my graph is down to about 15db at 8000Hz. I know that equates to hearing almost nothing there. Never hear cymbals or whistles at sporting events.

    What frequencies can you hear?

I'm 50 now....... So what if you're trying to do this "music thing" and you are half deaf?....like me....Both my ears drop off the scale starting about about 1000Hz when it is charted by an audiologist it looks like about a 60 degree angle on the drop from 1000Hz to 8000Hz. Basically can't hear...

house hit by lightning somehow axe fx survived.

Something everyone should do if possible. If a house is wired reasonably correctly an electrician can wire into the main breaker box a lightening arrester. They are designed to take the lightening strike on the main lines coming in and blow before the surge goes through any of the interior lines...

    Twin Guitar Parts Help

I'm old....and really not a good player. But music theory as related to the guitar is intriguing to me. I want to understand what players are talking about when I read the stories and lessons on-line. I'm attempting now to find a local guitar instructor that will teach me theory (at my own pace)...
