AX-8 Price

So does this have 2 or 3 DSPs? Or, is it 2 DSPs and 1 accelerator(which sounds like it's a DSP)? I'm confused. It would be nice to have a table to compare and contrast the Axe-FX, the AX-8, and the FX-8.

Forced to update cab-lab 3 ?

Hi Stratman, Did you actually try to download it? It shows up for me too but when I try to download the file it says "file not found". I don't need as I already have it but I was curious if it would actually download or not.

Dumbest question probably-Cab Mix & Mic selection

This is all well and good but I still miss the neutral mic IRs. I have purchased all of these cab packs and they do sound good and are perfect for recording. However, I don't do a lot of recording anymore. Most of my time now is spent plugging in and playing like I would in front of an amp -...

Modern and Long Plate

I had requested an additional preamp tube type somewhere between Modern and Long Plate for similar reasons. However, in18.08 I'm finding the new Short Plate seems to be working perfect for me without adjusting the Preamp Hardness.

Axe-Fx II Firmware 18.06 Released

I really like both of these a lot for different things. But, is there any chance we could get a "medium plate" FAS special? I don't care if it's accurate, authenticate, realistic, etc. I just find sometimes long isn't quite enough and short is a little too much. I can live happily without it...

5153 Blue bug with 18.04 beta? [FIXED]

Ah, that brings back memories of sitting in the computer lab when I was in college scouring thousands of lines of code looking for that one misplaced semicolon while everyone else was at the bar. Back then there were no "intelligent" IDEs with IntelliSense, etc. It all had to be done by hand...

Absolutely loving Test. I still like Modern too. I would actually like to see another type added that has a little more saturation than Test; somewhere between Test and Modern. Cliff, you can call that one Heaven!

I happened to have the folder open where it downloaded so I saw it was the wrong version before it was installed. I thought maybe they combined the Windows installers into one executable but I noticed both versions were updated on the website so I downloaded the Windows7 version and installed...

Bug - Axe-Edit 3.1.6 Downloaded Wrong OS Version of 3.1.7

I have Windows 7 Ultimate (x64). Axe-Edit 3.1.6 notified me of the 3.1.7 update but it automatically downloaded the Windows 8 version of 3.1.7 instead of the Windows 7 version.

Not to be "that guy", but technically the 4K industry standard is 4096 x 2160. UHD is 3840 x 2160.
