[POLL] Do you buy or have you ever bought commercial presets?

I totally agree! When I try to create a preset, I usually end up in the same neighborhood (soundwise). So I consider myself uncreative! There are so many people out there with incredible abilities and knowledge, willing to share their work (for free or comercial)! Thx for your work!

Just a quick question about purchasing

Fractal won't let you buy a new product without an adress in the USA ... and they are not shipping items to a hotel adress. You would need a friend or family member in the US who buys the stuff for you. After adding the import tax the price of the US MK 2 is still cheaper than buying it in...

Talk box with Axe-Fx III

I did some research about the Talkbox Synth Pedal today. In my opinion it's a pretty versatile box and most likely will definetely fit all my needs regarding the talkbox aspect ... and I assume the additional synth effects are fun to play with too. I also like the "no tube / mic only" setup...

Axe-Fx 2 or Ultra

I've owned the Ultra and a II XL+ in the past. I would go with the II - scenes, more capabilities and more power. I would not be suprised if you end up using the Axe as a replacement for your JCM ...

What makes more sense: FC-12 or Behringer FCB1010 for at home use only?

I can recommend the FC12 - I got mine a few weeks ago and it is easy to configure and works flawless! If money is an issue I would skip the footcontroller and and use the money to get high quality studio monitors. If you, as you mentioned, just play at home you are sitting most likely right in...

Ready to buy the Axe-Fx III - Do I need anything else?

I totally agree: a foot controller is not a must have but nice to have! I would recommend at least 1 expression pedal to control volume and finally get a pair Adam Studio monitors and you are ready to rock!

Same here: bedroom player. Sold my XL+ and got the III. If you liked your XL+ you will love the III.
