    Yes, I know that I can add a volume block to the preset of course, but then I would have to do this for each preset. I was hoping there was a way to keep the global master volume without affecting the volume of the FX loop also, but I guess that's just wishful thinking then.. ;-)

    When I play solo gigs, I normally use my AX8 with 4 exp pedals, a Boomerang III phrase sampler (looper), sometimes a stomp/"bass drum" pedal and a separate mixing desk controlling the ins and outs of the AX8 and the looper, and then again from there to the house PA and/or my Seymour Duncan...
