    Health Supplements. What are your favorites?

    #1 on my list is 1000mg of fish oil per day. I have low HDL naturally and over time the fish oil supplement has steadily increased it over time. Niacin only got me in the 31-35 range. The Fish oil raised it to 45 within the next few years (40+ is the target).

    Ditch the pick?

    I do whichever one sounds the best at the time. In church it's mostly finger picking or strumming with my index fingernail. I also keep my nails short.

    Benson sound

    I don't have an FM3 but I've got an Ultra, II, and AX8. For the Godin I've used the Tube Pre if I want some extra gain and/or eq. I've also used it without an amp block. In either case, no Cab block is needed unless you want to use an IR that simulates an acoustic body.
