Vintage guitars

Juniors, Jaguars and Jazzmasters are still relatively good values. Another good value is to buy a mid-70's Les Paul Deluxe and put P-90's in it. The prices on Strats and Teles are ridiculous. In particular, the prices for mid to late 70's Strats are not justified by their quality.

Help me choose an expression pedal

I like the Mission spring pedal for wah. It feels more like my analog wah. However, if you want an EV pedal, there are two for sale on the San Antonio Craigslist.

Mini-Hums vs. Gold Foil pickups?

I am investigating P-90's. I hear good things mostly about Fralins. Lollars and Duncans. There are a million boutique brands. Mike Ness, whose tone I adore, swaps out minis for Duncan P-90's but he said that his are custom-wound.

Did you check to see if your drive block was not somehow changed to Octave Distortion? Is there a new pitch block inserted that was not previously there?

So, I Saw The Light is in the church setlist this week. Anybody have anything resembling a banjo patch they can share for grins? No luck on Axe-Change (unsurprisingly).
