Axe-Fx III 16.00 Beta 4 "Cygnus" Firmware - Public Beta

I can’t believe sellers are actually listing Mesas as “pre-Gibson” now.

Axe-Fx III 16.00 Beta 4 "Cygnus" Firmware - Public Beta

You never know with signature gear and endorsements, for all we know he could have been playing through a Bogner Ecstacy that’s off stage.

    Electro-Voice PXM-12MP report

I'm not sure how well it'd work on a table and it probably wound't be very stable on its side. Do you need something this big/loud to primarily use as a tabletop amp? I saw your comment on TGP about other FRFRs and the PowerStage. I had similar experiences with an Alto, a K10.2 and a...

Axe-Fx III 16.00 Beta 4 "Cygnus" Firmware - Public Beta

It's amazing! I know everyone's talking about the chug, but the dynamics in this clip are incredible. That pop on the initial pick attack and how it cleans up so well at around 0:08 - 0:10 when you pick lighter :openmouth:

"Auto" Impedance - 1st Active Block - Does an active Mixer Block Count?

Are you keeping the volume of your guitar wide open? You should notice a pretty big difference if you roll your guitar volume down. On the lower impedance settings your tone should clean up quicker and stay brighter as you roll your volume down. I’ve noticed that mine stays at 1M with a Fuzz...

Best way to mount FM3 to TempleAudio

I just used heavy duty zip ties, it isn’t going anywhere.

    Reamping only reamps effects?

Compared to your direct signal track, this sounds like it may be going through the amp/cab blocks assuming everything else was bypassed. It's brighter than the direct track, but is way cleaner than it should be for some reason. Can you watch the level meter in the amp block as you're re-amping...

    Reamping only reamps effects?

Could your signal when re-amping be so low that it sounds almost clean even after going through the amp block? It's hard to tell with the wah on in the last clip, is there any difference between the dry and re-amped tone if you don't engage any effects (other than the volume change)?

Programming the FM3 with a FC-12 is frustrating

With great power comes great complexity :p

Programming the FM3 with a FC-12 is frustrating

Yeah there are ways around it not having a label, but I was trying to keep it simple just to see if we could get the basics of what he wants working.

Programming the FM3 with a FC-12 is frustrating

Then the preset switches in your FC Presets layout need to have layout links that change the FC layout to your Scenes layout.

Programming the FM3 with a FC-12 is frustrating

So it sounds like you have layout links setup to take the FC to the correct layout. The problem is your master layout for the FM still has the switch assignments that change its layout. You have to set the tap function for the FM3’s switches to “Unassigned” in the master layout if you don’t...
