FM9 Firmware Version 7.00

I have a week off so made the leap to FW7. I backed up everything, then updated the editor and loaded the firmware, which went smoothly. I spent a few minutes re-leveling the amps in my main preset and then copied the block to most of the rest of my presets...the four amps in that block are used...

For once in my life I'm happy to be less "in the weeds" than others. I used to tweak components in my real amps, but now with so many amps to pick from, I don't really need to do that much. Interesting that I have found the Euro Blue to be my favorite rhythm sound, paired with the Recto Straight...

I know you're kidding, but once again I'm thinking "it can't get any better." Yet, I too am conditioned to look for something new. Its just gotten so amazing. What's left? Laney? Ampeg V4? Marshall 1990 8x10 cab? Or are they in there and I missed them? If not, can't we make them with existing stuff?

FM9 Firmware Version 6.00

Gigged with FW6 last night after using the related updates in the AF3 for the last few weeks. It worked great and sounded phenomenal! I was worried about all of the stuff I'd crammed into the AF3...that I wouldn't be able to transfer to the FM9, especially in my kitchen sink and one other big...

Nice! Looking forward to trying this stuff out on the FM9...its gonna be worth the wait folks...my AF3 is sounding so effin good and gapless is the bomb! I'm even jumping between presets in mid song on occasion and it is fantastic! If I can squeeze these presets into the FM9, that will be awesome.

I already owned that cab pack and so based on your comments above I have been sampling cabs with Brit Silver. Thank you so much for weighing in here...I think this cab may have replaced my DynaCab and I'm pretty sure you've helped me create my new main amp/cab combination!!!

Jubilee sounds friggin killer. I built a stereo patch with that as the main amp and depending on the scene, a 2203, JTM45, or a Twin in the other channel. I never can tell if its a matter of me learning more or the updates (and I'm sure its both) but everything sounds, dare I say, better than...

My AF3 had been collecting dust...FM9 is such a perfect size that packs a lot of punch. However, since these updates my AF3 is back at gigs. Its more weight and more stuff but so completely worth it. The sounds I'm getting now are pretty much perfect. I know the FM9 will end up sounding as good...
