    Axe fx noise when booting up

    when powering the axe ultra up, as the lights all flash on inputs and outputs, it makes a horrendous noise not unlike shaking an old amp with a reverb tank. Secondly, the input levels are really low. It's been intermittent, but getting worse as time goes on. Any clues? Could it be a bad input...

    I am pretty sure that when I ipdated and looked in there, it said "copy out 1 to out 2" .. so I am pretty sure I just need to change that to 'echo' ... I think you are right! Thank you!

    OK, so on my Axe Fx MKII I was running FOH on output 1 XLRs and output 2 to my matrix power amp .. so I upgraded to the Axe Fx II XL+ and I get output 1, but nothing on output 2 .. did I miss something? LOL Thanks for any input you may have! Kevin

    OK, spoke with Charlie this afternoon via the phone ... he is pretty sure the memory chip is bad ... hence it not letting me save changes and having difficulty loading the factory presets ... shipping it north tomorrow so he can work his magic on it. :)

    So i had this posted down below in the software grouping .. but now i just tried to build a preset manually, saved it with a goofy name into preset 001, saved it from the face of the axe fx, used the shuttle wheel and navigated to preset 2, then back to preset 1 and poof, gone ... Pulling hair...
