I don't know what caused it, mine was new and came with newest firmware. I wonder if it happened when I hooked up and used Axe edit.

Think I found the answer in the 20.02 thread. If I save preset the edited goes away. Is there a quicker way besides going one by one? Mine III is a turbo and new, it came with 20.04.

When axe boots up it stays on, I can even change presets and it stays on. This is with no editing.

Does anyone have the problem with the edited light always staying on? Just noticed it today, I can power down and change preset and with out doing any edits the edited light stays on.

Axe Fx II vs Axe Fx III

Got it in today. Haven't done a deep dive in it yet, but I can tell you there is a difference in tone. I can honestly say that in a good way the tone is better. It's like I went from standard definition to High Def. And the II sounds great also, just a little more definition on the II.

Ok, so I have had Ultra's, Axe Fx II's and I am wondering what I am missing vs the III tonally and feel wise. I am mostly a bedroom player, got rid of my tube amps after getting the Ultra. I am pretty sure the III has matured now and there is probably a tonal and feel difference from the II. I...

What type of monitors are people using for the axe in a home practice situation

I just got the Adams T7v's and I am really liking them, for louder situations I have the Xitone floor wedges.

Best Wishes For Cliff on His Upcoming Spinal Surgery!

Cliff, I had C4, C5, C6 fused with spacers Nov. 13, 2017 , with alot of grinding to the bones. I was out of work for a month, which I do alot of lifting 28 ft ladders. I wasn't allowed to lift them for about 2 months after. Still healing now with a little pain in neck, worst thing to me so far...

Got it working. I had to put it all on my destop in a folder and cd to desktop, the sudo to folder sh. Thanks, Volt
