Axe-Edit issue on tablet

I run Ax Edit for my Ax Fx 2 on my computer no issue.. but when I I try on my windows tablet (WINDOWS 10) ...My tablet says ax edit can't find this file > VCRUNTIME140.dll Is this dll included in the AX Edit program? In the Ax Fx drivers? any help would be appreciated . Thanks Klaus
