Greg, i just looked at the front panel and you are correct…somehow I turned it all the way down and no wonder I couldn’t get a signal.. i went thru every setting i could find except the Physical front panel ! Thanks for hanging in there with me.. What a Dummy I am !!!! Well now i can relax...

Solved ! SUGGESTIONS FOR LOOP OUTPUT 3 TO INPUT 3

My FC 12 went to 1.12 so i think thats ok.. I changed the cables around, but realized i had I/O# 4 available to test. I narrowed it down to output 3 being the culprit. I was able to connect output 4 to input 4 / and output 4 to input 3 and all is good. But output 3 to either input 3 or 4...

I do have one Humbuster ( need to make sure its on Out 3 as I was going nuts trying to figure out what i screwed up ) If all else fails I will reset the global parameters as you mentioned. Thanks

That will be my next step.. i assume its a setting or maybe i crimped a cable ,but everything was working with the loop before i changed the battery it seems. I had a few things in the loop for a few months and never any issues at all.Also, i forgot to mention i upgraded from 1.11 to 1.12...

Ha,. That would help right ? When I engage to output to input , all i get is noise// I tap the cable and hear at least the thumps ) so it seems the send (output 3) from the axe is getting thru but nothing it seems is making it back to the AXEFX. If i take the output and input out everything...

Battery issue ?

Fortunately I didnt lose custom presets that I know of. But good to know about the midi controller bug. I was doing a bunch of things in the chain so it’s possible i had something connected that caused it. I appreciate the info ! Thanks

Did you try a different cable between guitar and axe ? Also try what someone said above . Use input on the back instead of the front input. just to see if you get a different result … and disconnect from the computer only having your axe (with no usb attached ) direct to you speakers...
