Do You Use 1 or 2 Cabs With Your AX8?

I know that 2 FRFR cabs sounds incredible especially in stereo but how many of you guys just run 1 FRFR cabinet? Does it sound good? I am debating on getting 1 more cab for that stereo sound but another $800-$1000 for another cabinet is a lot of cash. Is it worth it?

Matrix FR12 Question

I have 2 Matrix FR12 speaker cabinets that I use with my AX8 and was wondering if I could use a speaker with my Mesa Boogie MarkV25 Head that has a direct XLR OUT on the back of the amp.
