FM3 Firmware Version 4.00

Kemper new iOS/iPad app, do you think fractal will be next?

Personally I do not care for an iOS/iPad app as its own thing BUT since Apple did the transition to ARM chips across the board the desktop editor could eventually be given a face lift to work on the other devices.

EQ Block for Solo

Big fan of the Mark series amps and in some cases I would put in the EQ with a boost on the center slider for solo settings. In the FM3 changing the channel of the amp with all the same settings plus the Mark V output EQ with the same W or upside down u/v set up works well depending on the amp...

FM3 - Baritone tunings and hefty strings?

I play mostly doomy music with no issues with an SG in B standard / drop A into the FM3. I never got to try an HX Stomp at home (just a little at GC pre-covid) but did do a trial of Helix native which I couldn't get anywhere near as realistic as the FM3. My most commonly used tones are based on...

Anyone have a tip to stop my Mosky Stand in switch from switching to tuner after tap tempoing?

For anyone coming to this tread later - page 100 of the manual shows how to do this. The setting is accessed from Setup -> I/O -> Pedal page then Switch 1/2 tip or ring behavior. Now that I fixed this I can actually use my switch how I wanted to originally! :cool:

Odd External Footswitch behaviour

Suggested DAW with FM3?

I haven't had any issues with Studio One and my FM3 on Windows but it is more costly than Reaper (and Logic if you're on a Mac).

FM3 Now Shipping

Same! I had a hold from my credit union when I ordered Thursday and I only did ground. Now its arriving Monday AND we're busy all of that week so my play time is going to be really limited. First world problems... :cry:
