Inexpensive Flat Amplifier solution for FM3

I'm very happy with the sound I can get out of the FM3, a Seymour Duncan Powerstage 170 and two 1x12 double ported cabs loaded with a Creamback H75 and a Vintage 30 Mesa OEM spec from the year 2000. This is also a very portable rig.

Are you using Axe-Fx/FM9/FM3 with a tube amp?

I use my FM3 with a solid state power amp (SD Powerstage 170) and a guitar cab. Out1 goes to FOH and Out2 goes to the power amp. Very happy with this setup. Very portable rig and super versatile. Before that I had an Atomic CLR and then a Friedman ASC-10, but I realized that I prefer the sound...

Thanks a lot for sharing this info @spine_sat . Much appreciated. What speakers do you use in your Marshall cabs? Are both cabs 8 ohms input? Are you also connecting Out1 to FOH or just using Out2?

Indeed. Gapless switching would be an amazing feature on both FM3 and FM9. These are floor units used mainly for playing live. Certainly all the other new goodies (new amps, updated algorithms, etc.) would be easier to port to these units if there's no hardware limitation.
