Anyone still using a tube amp?

Besides performing live how do you guys get people to discover you in your city?

It's been a long time so, I don't know. Go to where music is played live. Introduce yourself to musicians, especially those who play your instrument. Be nice, not arrogant. Let them know how musch you like their music/playing. Go to their shows repeatedly. If you have product give it to them...

Why is it necessary to apply high/lo pass filters to cabs?

I do it especially for live FRFR cabs. The full range is a bit unnatural for guitar cabs. The low end on my Xitone cabs takes up too much frequency and drives the bass player and FOH a little crazy. So I cut.

OK, yeah, I've done that a lot. But if the guitar cable were the problem I wouldn't get input for the DI from Output 3.

The thing is I should see output 1 meters on the front panel. I don't. I should see signal coming into the external mixer. I don't. I should be able to hear something other than the DI signal coming out of output 3. I don't. I see input in the input block. I don't see anytihng in the output...

Understood. Nah. I created a brand new preset with just an input block, amp and output block. No signal. As I said front panel shows input 1. Then output 3 with activity. I don't see anything in Axe-Edit. Just saying. In the layout on the Axe Fx III I see signal in the input block but...
