Screen flicker and death of an axe fx :-(

Hey guys, I've already opened a support ticket about this but still waiting for a reply from the kind folks at FAS. But I'm hoping someone can shed some light on my malady. My axe fx 2 was on for a few hours running through some reamps, when I think because of a voltage fluctuation the screen...

In Then last tour for monuments and Skyharbor in Russia, (I do foh for Skyharbor) the backline vendor defaulted and olly was left without an amp of choice. We offered one of our axe fx 2s loaded with 11.03, plugged it behind a jcm900, turned up the jcm volume to about 5, disabled sag on the amp...

Help with hum issue

Hate clubs and their power issues. This also happens if the neon light is plugged into the same phase as your axe. Ask for a separate shielded or decoupled power source. Does rolling off the volume help?

Bug? Global Blocks for PEQ & Compressor are the same?

According to the manual, each block type is supposed to have it's own set of 10 linkable global blocks. But it seems like PEQ and COMP are sharing global blocks????? Either that, or AE blew up those blocks to full CCW when I linked them :-(

v10 firmware update not possible - what to do ?

Fractal Bot worked flawlessly here. Was coming from 9.01. Kept axe fx 2 plugged in, powered up fractal bot, selected FW file, hit update. Voila! Done and dusted.
