When I had mine I didn't much care for the tone as a pickup. Was kind of cool to play with the Sustainiac effect, but I eventually sold the guitar and went back to feedback the old fashioned way.

I teach part-time and had two snow days Tuesday and Wednesday, worked today and expecting another 5 to 8 inches tonight, so as long as I have powered I anticipate a day of staying in to play. I'm Pacific Northwest, but seems like everyone is getting storms this week.

4CM Stereo Effects with Two Real Amps

I think you just need to make sure your I/O blocks are set to stereo in the settings page. Its not in the block, bit in your overall settings. Not at my Axe-FX now or I would give a more detailed answer. I am doing 4 cable with one amp now, but have hooked up two amps in the past, and that is...

Effects not working

As mentioned, check to make sure your output knobs on the Axe-FX are turned up, and some amps have effects loops that can be turned on and off, so make sure you didn't accidentally turn off the loop on the amp.

Have you ever worn out a guitar?

I have had to have at least one guitar refretted and have replaced worn bridges, pots, and even pickups that probably had years of sweat clogging the coils, but never worn one out beyond repair.

Definitely true, I think there a lot of us who appreciate that, but don't have the expectations for new stuff every month. There are a handful that seem to think the sky is falling if they don't get an update for awhile. I love periodic updates when they add something really game changing...

Not complaining about updates, just that the whole "where is my latest fix?" thing that gets old. Reminds me of a line heard randomly on a Firesign Theater record I heard 40 years ago: "Would you look at the mouth on that gifthorse?"
