Looking for Abasi Thump Style preset

give me your email. I bought the original Thump! instructional release and have the 4 Tosin presets. Crunch Clean Thump Lead. He didn't use scenes just a whole preset and would bypass blocks, but there's no scenes just a core sound. What a sound though.

Kudos! The virtual capo is seriously great.

Damn right. I even have a guitar tech and we still use this for a couple half step songs. I only use it if I need open strings. Some songs are easily played in standard tuning, but it's great because you can learn a song in the real tuning and live, not bother with half step down! Obviously you...

Banjo tone needed

Luckily most of these bro country "banjo" parts are just 6 strings banjo in standard tuning with a pick. I just use a banjo fellas! The IR idea is the best way to fake it. Just avoid the low E and A strings and DON'T STRUM, PLUCK OR PICK. Very rarely do these modern country songs use fingerpicks...

FM3 big upgrade on AX8 or no?

If you loved the layout of AX8 and DON'T USE Axe Fx III AND FC6/12, then I'd say stay for now, since you're holding onto FC features that even Axe Fx II couldn't do with MFC, like the hold X/Y or control switches. I call AX8, the Axe Fx 2.5 Lite. But the FM3 is the perfect companion to a Axe Fx...

Closed Unused USB would power my GLXD 16

Hate those 12V rat tail rack adapters. Is there a different Shure adapter that's rugged for guitarists? Shure GLXD with a backup lithium battery is what I use for my Guitar/Banjo/Roland SPD1 Kick Templeboard (only non FAS rig I do), but the Strymon Zuma has 2/9 outlets that are volt adjustable...

Power to 2nd FC-12

Visual Sound 1spot adapters work. Just need 9V and at least 1000 mA. The 1spot outputs 1.7 mA, so that's plenty.

Wish Virtual Capo its own block or another instance of pitch block

I use PITCH 2 at the start of the layout just for virtual capo and assign the bypass to latching control switch 1. You have the seems wasteful to not be able to use the other channels, but it's the only way I can avoid redundant downtune presets and I only use half step down. Luckily the Axe...

On a completely different reason also for the kitchen sink preset approach is the fact that the MFC was all tap! and limited to 17 switches if you ran all your presets on one page with the reveal button. MFC was very limiting in what you could access in AXE FX MODE. I never used it out of Axe Fx...

Wish Old Gibson jazz amps

Anyways, I somehow deleted my original post, but basically having tube distortion in there like with a dumble type amp , giving a little more harmonic content especially in the bass range. Just a preference, but I'm liking Two Rock Jet 35 factory preset on the scene 2. Are those Gibson amps...

The control switch and a PITCH block at the beginning of my chain allow for a latching downtune that is unaffected by scenes/presets. That feature is badass if you're in a coverband and don't want Eb versions of all your presets. Now I can ACTUALLY fit all the blocks I want in a single preset...
