Yes, either will work. Just put out 3 or 4 on a parallel line right before the cab block.

The fan does make a constant noise (I have had mine for over 5 years), and is a little louder than the AF3 fan, but not noticeable at any where close to band levels, or loud enough not to hear your strings acoustically. I usually just go FRFR when I need to be quiet at home.

There's a few ways to this. I would definitely leave the power amp modeling on. You can just globally turn off cab modeling if you only have out 1 in your presets. I have my cab last in the chain right before out 1 and then out 3 tapped off the chain right before the cab block. I can't hear a...

A TS cable works best from the FM9 to the PS170. I have found that a TRS causes a hum. You have to use a speaker cable from the PS170 to the cab.

I had to take off the left handle from the board, and removed the rubber caps/feet on the FM9. That's on the Temple Duo 24.

I was thinking (well I still am) about selling it since I have had AF3 for 4 years and like the extra power and one more set of in/outs and would like to move my analog board to the Temple. But with 2.01b, not sure. I could definitely gig with the FM9, and never would know what I was missing if...

Posted the screenshot. Are there controls that might cause this? The only weird one to me is the resonance from the speaker page, I use different setups and I find the resonance needs to be changed from FRFR to PS170 and real cabs. Might just be in my head too. :D

Mine took a long time to backup.I didn't time it though, but way over 15 minutes. Mac OS 12.1 on a 2018 iMac 3.4 quad core i5 16gb ram hybrid HD, usb direct to the FM9. I did forget to put it on an empty preset. 2.0-2.01

Updated and sounds great. Best part is edits update with out a long lag and I can push a preset all the way to 80% with no issues. I had to keep presets under 70% with the last beta. Possible bug, though it existed in the last beta too. Or maybe it's normal. Changing scenes when on the global...
