What wireless unit are you running with the AX8?

Tried the Line 6's for a while (G50 and then a G70) - but ended up with the Shure GLXD16 - great unit. Solidly built.

@barhrecords - no (local sound guys would pass out if I suggested that!) - its Mono to FOH and mono to Monitor.... ....however ....when we are running IEM's (which we do occasionally - we have our own IEM mixer rack -) then I do run stereo - but then I won't have an issue as I don't use the...

Something for the Fractal folks re Pete Thorn

I've got a lot of time for Pete. However....... I bought a Suhr PT100 signature amp/cab as soon as they were announced. Singularly the VERY WORST amp I have ever owned. Loathsome thing. Taught me an important lesson. Just because some Guitar Maestro likes and endorses it - doesn't mean it works...

Audio drop outs on iMac/iTunes with 7.0 ??

I updated to 7.0 today (from 4.0 - its been a while!) I opened iTunes and went to play along with some backing tracks (using gate Axe - and XL+ as my Audio interface as usual) - but the audio from my iMac is dropping out on every few seconds or so...then it will catch up and play again? USB...

I've now used the GLXD16 for the first time. Sounds great and very pleased that I switched over from Line 6 - the Shure stuff feels like it been made out of solid steel in comparison - a massive jump in quality and robustness - and the rechargeable battery is a godsend. Used for 2 x 1.5 hour...

@shredward - nice board. I am thinking of getting one of these temple boards. A couple of questions please? 1) How does the AX8 mount to the board? I see the screw mounts underneath - but how does the AX8 fit to the mounts themselves? Velcro? Or are they in turn screwed into the screw holes...
