This thread is making me nostalgic. I blew my entire semester's student loan on one in 1982 or so and got another a few years later for $25 at a flea market. Shoulda kept it and never "upgraded" to the GR700. Mine sounded best when I split the straight guitar signal off to it's own ( guitar )...

Whats your favorite mic you gravitate towards?

looking for envelope filter preset

Envelope filter patches are tough to share because one must adjust the envelope controller parameters to fit one's own instrument(s) and picking. Try changing the ones in the factory patch, especially the threshold, and it possibly will work better for you... If you have to pick too hard to...

v6 made me get my guitar teched.

Coincidentally enough I had to fix the high "E" slot in the nut on my Telecaster this week. I thought I just replaced that nut, but it's been 1o years. Time flies when you're having fun. Axe sounds much better without the plinky "E"...

Dual axis expression pedal - anyone tested it and what´s your opinions?

Will this pedal send two different control signals on one wire? That'd be great for the II. If it needs a wire for each signal, not so much...

Flat-Response (Reference) Pickups?

What's the deal with expression pedals?

Well, it was right after Monterey and before AYE, so there weren't dozens of parasites chasing him, yet. He was friendly with me for the couple of minutes we spoke. Seemed surprised that folks were digging his music. I guess it hadn't sunk in all the way with him yet as to what he was in for...
