Why again are we using Ebay?

I dunno, before ebay, I had to take my used gear to the local music store where they'd act like giving me 1/2 what I paid for it was practically charity!!! Ebay's fees have climbed, but where else can you unload gear and get paid virtually instantly about what the music store would have resold...
