Why does the sound of a modeler have to be "the sound of a miced amp" instead of "the sound of an amp"

Hi all ! I think the OP is getting at a ground-up-component-level-digitally-modelled-speaker-without-any-mic-involvement ..... as opposed to mic-shot IR's. I would expect because of the nature of measuring such different physical and primitive componentry that makes up a real physical...

Delay and Reverb Spillover from Scene-to-Scene with " Mute FX In " in " Bypass Mode " selected is now back to working fine ..... thanks :) BTW .... I've only tested this with the "Dual Delay" but I figure it will be good across all the delays and reverbs. Thanks, Ben

Make the Amp BIAS "hotter" ...... which control(s) do I adjust ?

Thanks :) I'm out of my technical depth here ....... ....... so given there's no setting to adjust the BIAS in these Amps ....... is there a setting to achieve the equivalent of running them "hotter" (?) -or- is that non-doable for these style amps (?) Ben

Make the Amp BIAS "hotter" ...... which control(s) do I adjust ?

Hi all ! Background Probably a simple question but many moons ago - before going over to Vox/DC30 Land - I ran a real Mesa Boogie MK 3 Purple Stripe Rev / Graphic non-Simul-class Combo. Whenever my tech set it up for me he always told me he set the Amps Bias to run a good amount "hotter" than...

Hmmmm ... ok ... just did this ^^ ..... I saved the scene / preset .... tested going from a Scene with Delay to a Scene with same Delay turned off and the trails worked as they should ..... I then moved to another preset and then went back to the "fixed" preset, and the Delay trails stopped...

    Matrix GT1600FX

Been using the Matrix XT 800 - which is the "pro P.A" version - as far as I can tell its exactly the same and spec'd exactly the same as the GT 800. I run it through a Celestion F12-X200 in a custom spec'd Celestion Cab. It is STONKINGLY ABSURDLY RIDUCULOULSY OBSCENLY LOUD ..... I play with a...
