amp relay

Im looking to get a mfc 101 and blend a axefx II with another amp. I'm assuming the "switches" inputs on the back do relay switching for amps similar to the relay inputs on an FX8. Correct? Thanks

Different tone between exact same presets

Yes. Levels vary but scene 5 is at 0 Yes. i have relays set but channels match across the board. Scene 5 is dirty using a rockerver100 so no additional boost or anything. Just simple clean/dirty. Its strange cause it is noticeable difference on my end

Scene 5 default. Brave One sounds better than the other two when on drive channels. Wyldfire and HeavyHand sound the same to me. Ive tried this on two amps with the same results. Brave one sounds bigger.

I can't explain this but I've noticed a slight difference in tone between three of my presets. I notice this on my default scene and the only block I have active is a FAS Boost and the settings match on the block for all presets. Same with the configuration, levels, true bypass etc. I've even...

Mesa F50 channel switching

I have a Mesa F50 combo and my footswitch connects with a 5pin cable. You should be able to get a customer cable made for it to work. I ended up doing that for my VHT PITTBULL and it worked out great. Check out Bestronics. BTPA.com

Can't get Axe Edit to connect

I don't but I also don't see my FX8 there when I am connecting to FX8 edit. I've tried two usb cables. Also, I'm not trying to connect to both units but just troubleshooting and seeing that I can still connect to FX8 edit through USB. I have a output 1 XLR to my interface and USB to my computer.

I just tried that. I've also uninstalled all drivers/edit and started again. I did get an error that the driver failed to install at the end but thought that was mention in the steps when powering off/on. I'm showing that they're installed.

Hello, I'm borrowing a buddies AxeFx II and downloaded Axe Edit and can't get it to connect. I have an FX8 and regularly use FX8 edit so am familiar with this. I've tried uninstalling and re downloading. Any ideas to troubleshoot? .
