Agree 100%. Jeff is brilliant where it comes to designing his products, but he really falls down in other areas like customer relations, communication, web and marketing, etc. I find the image to be inappropriate to its context, and the message aimed at the 7th grade boy level. He could really use a better advisor in those areas.
